The short version
Nothing on TechScan365 is an affiliate link, and not one vendor pays us a commission, a fee or any other sum.Product links go directly to the vendor’s or project’s own website. They are editorial links, markednofollow, provided so you reach the genuine product page without having to search for it.
Should that ever change, any paid link would be labelled where it appears, and this page would name the products involved before the link went live.
Why this page exists
A reviewer with a material tie to a vendor must say so. For American readers the governing text is the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), while British regulators, among others, expect the same openness. Rules or no rules, this ledger would carry the page: readers deciding between a free IPAM and a commercial one deserve to know nobody is paid by the outcome.
What that means in practice
- Table order follows the published methodology; placement cannot be bought.
- Every review keeps its “where it falls short” section, for open-source and commercial products alike.
- Vendors cannot pay for coverage, ranking or changes in wording.
- We never claim a free tier, discount or partnership that does not exist.
How the site is paid for
TechScan365 is funded by its editor, Husanjon Ruzaliev. We may pay for search advertising to bring readers to our guides; that is money going from us to Google, not from vendors to us, and it has no bearing on what we write.
